Account Information

Basic identifiers used to access and secure your account, such as your email address, name, and hashed password. We also store your country/region and membership tier for service delivery purposes.

Prompts and Inputs

The text prompts, ASINs, keywords, product descriptions, and copywriting instructions you provide to our AI tools for generating content. This also includes image editing instructions and generation parameters.

Uploaded and Generated Media

Source images you upload (for try-on, pose variation, color replacement, and AI Magic features) and the AI-generated images and copy outputs produced by the platform based on your inputs.

Payment Information

Payment details are processed by our third-party payment processor (Lemon Squeezy). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. We retain transaction records for accounting and compliance purposes.

Usage and Device Signals

Technical diagnostic information, service logs, IP address, browser type, device type, and operational logs used to monitor performance, detect abuse, and improve stability.

Provide core AI copywriting and AI image generation services based on your inputs.

Process payments, manage subscriptions, and handle billing inquiries.

Detect abuse, rule violations, and harmful or fraudulent activity on the platform.

Troubleshoot errors and outages to maintain service quality and reliability.

Continuously improve model performance, user interface stability, and support response efficiency.

Send service-related communications, including verification codes, payment confirmations, and policy updates.

We do NOT use your specific inputs or generated outputs to train third-party AI models.

AI Model Providers

To generate content, your prompts and uploaded images may be transmitted to the following AI model service providers: DeepSeek (text generation), OpenRouter / Qwen (visual analysis), Google Gemini / NanoBanana (image generation), and Fal.ai / ByteDance Volcano Engine Seedream (image generation). These providers process data solely for the purpose of fulfilling your generation requests.

Payment Processor

Lemon Squeezy handles payment transactions. Their privacy policy governs the handling of your payment details. We do not store complete card information on our servers.

Email Service

Tencent Cloud SES delivers verification codes and service notifications. Email delivery data is processed in accordance with their data protection terms.

All third-party processors are contractually bound to handle your data only as instructed and to maintain appropriate security measures.

Free Tier Users

No generation records or generated content (images or copy) are saved. All data is immediately deleted from our servers upon completion of the generation process. Free tier users may not use the service for commercial purposes.

Paid Tier Users (Basic / Pro)

Generated images and AI copy outputs are retained for 7 days, after which they are automatically deleted. Operational logs (including generation history records) are retained for 1 year, after which they are automatically purged. The 7-day and 1-year retention windows begin from the date of generation.

Uploaded Source Images

Images you upload for processing are not saved. They are processed in memory for the generation task and immediately discarded after processing is complete. No uploaded source images are stored on our servers.

Account Information

Retained while your account remains active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal information, except for financial records required by applicable tax and accounting laws (typically retained for 7 years).

Payment Records

Retained as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations.

You must not upload images that infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to: brand logos or trademarks (such as Nike, Adidas, Apple, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and others), copyrighted images (movie stills, others' photography, stock images you do not hold a license for), or any material you do not have the right to use.

You must not upload images containing celebrity portraits, political figures, nudity, violent content, or any material that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to review uploaded content. Content found to violate this policy will be removed immediately, and we may suspend or terminate the associated account.

Copyright infringement complaints may be directed to: support@amazetool.com. We will respond to valid takedown requests in accordance with applicable laws.

AI-generated content, including both text copy and images, is produced algorithmically based on patterns in training data. It is NOT the result of human judgment, professional review, or legal verification.

Generated content may contain factual errors, inaccuracies, or material that inadvertently resembles existing copyrighted works. We do not guarantee the copyright status, originality, or legal safety of any AI-generated output.

We do not guarantee that generated content will comply with Amazon's listing policies, image requirements, or any other platform's content guidelines.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before use. We strongly recommend professional legal and compliance review before publishing any generated content on Amazon or any other platform.

We use cookies and similar technologies to authenticate sessions (necessary), remember language preferences (functional), and analyze service usage (analytics). You may control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent you from using certain features of the service.

Our service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take immediate steps to delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

Your data may be transferred to and processed on servers located in the United States, Singapore, Hong Kong, mainland China, and other jurisdictions where our service providers and AI model partners operate. These jurisdictions may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. By using the service, you consent to such transfers. We take appropriate safeguards, including contractual measures, to ensure your data receives adequate protection regardless of where it is processed.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our features evolve and legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The latest version will always be available on this page.
