AmazeTool provides AI-powered tools for Amazon sellers, including:

Copywriting Tools

Listing generation, listing optimization, brand content (A+ Content), keyword research, and ASIN competitor analysis.

Image Generation Tools

Product main images, A+ page images, AI virtual try-on, AI pose variation, AI color replacement, AI image retouching, and AI Magic.

The service is intended as a productivity aid and creative tool. It is NOT a substitute for professional business judgment, legal advice, compliance verification, or human review. Generated content should always be reviewed before use.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must keep your contact information accurate and up to date. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact support immediately. You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.

You agree NOT to use AmazeTool to:

Upload images that infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights, including brand logos or trademarks (such as Nike, Adidas, Apple, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and others), copyrighted photographs or artwork you do not own or have a license for, or celebrity portraits and images of political figures.

Upload images containing nudity, violent content, illegal material, or any content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Generate or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful.

Generate false or misleading product descriptions, including unsubstantiated health claims, safety claims, or performance guarantees.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying AI models of the service.

Use automated means (bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access or extract data from the service without express written permission.

Interfere with or disrupt the service, its servers, or networks in any way.

Use the free tier for commercial purposes. Free tier usage is limited to personal evaluation and non-commercial testing only.

Circumvent any usage limits, rate limits, or access restrictions imposed by the service.

Use the service to create competing products or services.

Free Tier

Limited daily usage. No payment information required. Generated content may not be used for commercial purposes. No generation records or outputs are saved on our servers.

Basic Plan

$9.90 USD per month. Includes 8,000 credits. Unlimited daily image generation. Generated content is saved for 7 days. Operational logs are retained for 1 year.

Pro Plan

$29.90 USD per month. Includes 25,000 credits. Unlimited daily image generation. Generated content is saved for 7 days. Operational logs are retained for 1 year.

No Automatic Renewal

We do NOT automatically renew subscriptions. Each subscription period ends naturally, and you will not be charged without your explicit consent. You are in full control of when and whether to purchase a new subscription.

Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of the charge if you believe you are entitled to a refund. Refunds are generally not provided for partial subscription periods.

Your Input

You retain all ownership rights in the text prompts, keywords, product information, and images you upload to the service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

AI-Generated Output

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the AI-generated text and images produced by the service based on your inputs. However, you do not own the underlying AI models, algorithms, prompts, or weights that produced the output. Generated content is provided "as-is" and we make no guarantees regarding its copyright status, originality, or legal safety.

Our Platform

The AmazeTool platform, including its software, algorithms, AI models, website design, logos, trademarks, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is owned exclusively by AmazeTool and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights in the platform to you.

Your Warranty

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you upload to the service. You agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring your uploaded content does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

This section applies to all image upload features, including virtual try-on, pose variation, color replacement, and AI Magic.

By uploading an image, you declare and warrant that: (a) the image is your original work, or (b) you have obtained explicit authorization from the rights holder to use and edit the image through our service.

You must NOT upload images containing any of the following:

Brand logos, trademarks, or recognizable brand elements (including but not limited to Nike, Adidas, Apple, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Supreme, Disney, Marvel, DC, Star Wars, and others).

Copyrighted photographs, artwork, illustrations, or designs that you do not own or have a license to use and modify.

Portraits or recognizable images of celebrities, public figures, or private individuals without their consent.

Nudity, sexually explicit content, violent imagery, hate speech, or any material that is illegal under applicable laws.

Infringement Handling: We follow a notice-and-takedown procedure. Upon receiving a valid infringement notice, we will remove the offending content and notify the user. Repeat infringers will have their accounts suspended or terminated.

CRITICAL NOTICE — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

The service uses artificial intelligence technology to generate content. Generated content is created algorithmically based on patterns in training data and is NOT the product of human judgment, verification, or professional expertise.

You acknowledge and agree that:

Generated content (both text and images) may contain factual errors, inaccuracies, or misleading statements. It is your sole responsibility to review, fact-check, and edit all generated content before use.

AI-generated images may inadvertently produce visuals that resemble existing copyrighted works, trademarks, or protected designs. You are responsible for verifying that generated images do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights before publishing or using them commercially.

Amazon has strict policies regarding product listings and images, including rules about claims, comparisons, prohibited language, and image requirements. We do not guarantee that any generated content complies with Amazon's current policies, which are subject to change at any time.

The image generation models used by the service are provided by third parties (including Google Gemini/NanoBanana and ByteDance Volcano Engine Seedream via Fal.ai). We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of outputs from these third-party models.

YOU ASSUME ALL RISK associated with the use of AI-generated content. We strongly recommend professional legal and compliance review before publishing any generated content on Amazon or any other platform.

AmazeTool is an independent third-party tool and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its affiliates. The trademark "Amazon" and all related marks are the property of Amazon.com, Inc. Any references to Amazon, its services, policies, or programs are for informational and descriptive purposes only and do not imply any partnership, endorsement, or official relationship.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the service and any generated content complies with all applicable Amazon policies, terms of service, and program requirements. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from Amazon account suspension, listing removal, or policy violations related to your use of generated content.

Free Users

No generation records or outputs are saved. All data is deleted immediately upon completion of the generation process.

Paid Users

Generated images and AI copy outputs are retained for 7 days from the date of generation, then automatically deleted. Operational logs and generation history records are retained for 1 year, then automatically purged.

Uploaded Source Images

Images you upload for processing are not saved. They are processed in memory and immediately discarded after your generation task completes. No uploaded source images are stored on our servers.

Account Data

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support, subject to legal retention requirements for financial records.

Feedback

User feedback submissions are retained for 3 months from the date of submission, after which they are automatically deleted.

Features, usage limits, and performance may change over time. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service to improve stability, security, or compliance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes that materially affect service availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AmazeTool provides the service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We are not liable for: (a) errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content; (b) Amazon account suspension, listing removal, or policy violations arising from your use of generated content; (c) infringement claims related to AI-generated images or text; (d) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event, or (b) fifty United States dollars (USD $50.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AmazeTool and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your violation of these Terms, your uploaded content infringing third-party rights, your use of AI-generated content on Amazon or any other platform, or your violation of applicable laws.

Accounts that violate these Terms may be restricted or suspended. We reserve the right to enforce these rules to protect users, our infrastructure, and compliance obligations. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease. We may retain certain information as required by law or as necessary to resolve disputes. You will not be entitled to a refund for prepaid subscription fees, except as required by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in Hong Kong, conducted in Chinese, with one arbitrator. You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves and legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
